Your default search engine should work for you.

When you set Findborg as your default, every search — from the address bar, from a new tab, from anywhere — goes through a Find Engine built for real results. No ads. No manipulation.

  1. Open Chrome and go to Settings.
  2. Click "Search engine" in the left sidebar.
  3. Next to "Search engine used in the address bar," click Manage search engines.
  4. Find Findborg in the list, or add it manually using the URL below.

Set Findborg as your homepage and open to a Find Engine instead of a dashboard you didn't ask for. Clean. Fast. Yours.

You're home.

Your new tab. Your Find Engine.

The Findborg extension is live. Install it and every new tab opens on Findborg Discover — trending searches, Hive posts, Borg highlights. The web, filtered by the people who actually know it.

Using Edge? You can skip the extension.

Edge lets you set any URL as your new tab page — no extension required. Here's how:

  1. Open Edge Settings (three-dot menu, top right)
  2. Go to New tab page
  3. Select Custom and enter the URL below
  4. Open a new tab and you're there.

No extension. No download. Just a Find Engine in every tab.

Other browsers

Firefox and Safari don't support custom new tab URLs natively, but you can get close. Set https://findborg.com/discover as your homepage — it opens every time you start your browser.
