When the internet fails you, where do you actually go to find the answer?
There's a specific gap between what you can search for and what actually exists.
I can search for the hours of a business and get three different wrong answers. I can search for whether a specific trail section is passable after rain and get a blog post from 2018. I can search for what's actually happening at a local event and get a press release from two weeks before it.
Some knowledge just doesn't make it online. Or it does, but it's outdated, or buried, or wrong.
So when you hit that wall — when you've already searched and the internet genuinely doesn't know — what's your actual next move?
I'm genuinely curious about the real answer here, not the obvious one. Calling the business, sure. But what about the harder cases?
