When a local business has completely different hours on Google, Yelp, and their own website — which one do you actually trust?

This happened to me recently. Google said a local hardware store closed at 6pm. Their own website said 7pm. Yelp said 5pm on Saturdays. I called — the answer was none of the above.

I know this is a known problem with local search, but I'm curious how people actually navigate it in practice. Do you default to the business's own website? Call ahead? Just show up and see what happens? Is there a platform you've found to be consistently more accurate than others for local hours?
