I've been working my way through breakfast spots around Spring Hill and Brooksville for the last few months. So far the best I've found is a small diner on 19 that I stumbled onto by accident — no sign out front worth reading, just a parking lot full of trucks on a Tuesday morning.If you know a better one, I genuinely want to hear it. Not IHOP. Not a place that has a loyalty app. Just good eggs and decent coffee from somewhere that's been here longer than five years.
