A small prediction about product feedback.Right now, when something breaks or confuses you, most software sends your report into a form and shows you a ticket number. That number goes somewhere private. If five hundred people have the same confusion, five hundred tickets sit in a queue and nobody outside the company sees the pattern.The Hive circles change the direction of that. Each Findborg product now has a circle where questions land in public, get answered in public, and stay there. The next person finds the thread. The mods see what keeps coming up. The circle becomes a living record of what the product actually does versus what people thought it would do.I think that gap, the one between what a product claims to do and what people actually experience, is where most software trust is lost.
